Belle Voix is Thunder Ridge High School’s auditioned Women's choir. It is an amazing step up from the beginning Women’s choir and allows for experienced choir students to sing at a higher level of skill and musicianship. It does require an audition where your music skills will be assessed. Your range will be checked and your ability to sight read (sing correct notes on solfege) and count a given piece of music will also be tested. Being part of an auditioned singing group at Thunder Ridge means a year commitment and you will be expected to purchase the performing attire, participate in fundraisers, and you will have more performances throughout the year than just our concerts. All of this will be outlined in your class syllabus at the beginning of each trimester. Belle Voix choir is held during 2nd hour for all three trimesters.
